Happy New Year

Hello all,

Sorry I have not posted in so long. I have been dealing with some health issues, and go Friday for a CT Coronary Angiogram. So I am not on here much these days. Please keep me in your prayers.

I'll share this poem before I go, and hope that you all have a New Year filled with love, laughter, and many blessings.


When Children Filled My Days

My world is covered in a blanket of snow
as I sit here by the fires glow
and remember back not so long ago
when children filled my days.

Now the only sound is the wind outside
as the memories of a mother’s pride
remind me of the happy tears I cried
when children filled my days.

When the long day moon shines down below
and makes sparkling diamonds on the snow
I remember back not so long ago
when children filled my days.

Back then my days were filled with the joy
of three little girls and one little boy,
and nothing life brings will ever destroy
when children filled my days,
when children filled my days…
